Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
*Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
*Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
*Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
*Handle data entry and maintain company databases

Operations Coordination
*Monitor workflow and operational activities
*Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures
*Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations

Inventory & Vendor Management
*Maintain inventory records and office supplies
*Coordinate with vendors and service providers
*Process purchase orders and invoices

Reporting & Documentation
*Prepare operational reports and presentations
*Maintain accurate filing systems and records
