Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain processing machinery, ensure smooth production flow, monitor machine performance, and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate production and processing machines efficiently and safely
* Monitor machine performance and production output
* Start, stop, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery during operations
* Perform regular machine inspections and basic maintenance tasks
* Ensure raw materials are loaded correctly into machines
* Maintain production quality as per company standards
* Identify machine malfunctions and report technical issues immediately
* Keep the work area clean and organized
* Follow all workplace safety and operational guidelines
* Maintain daily production records and machine logs
* Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams for smooth workflow
* Reduce machine downtime through proper handling and preventive care

Required Skills

* Understanding of safety procedures and equipment handling
* Physical stamina for standing and operating machinery for long hours

Educational Qualification
* ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass
* Technical certification in machine operations is an added advantage

Experience
* Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
* 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or processing industries preferred
